Halloween Exchange from Paula

I just received my Halloween exchange from Paula!!! She sent me a cute banner with a little witch design by Lizzie Kate. I love it, it's already hanging on my door :) She also sent me lots of extra goodies...a fun Halloween chart from Lilybet Designs, a Thread Gatherer silk called Ghosts and Goulies , a cute halloween fabric and 2 halloween treat bags which I'm going to put together this weekend, one for me and one for Carol?? naaah for my little nephew Joaquin :P

Acabo de recibir mi intercambio de Halloween de parte de Paula!!! Ella me hizo un lindo adornito con un diseño de una brujita de Lizzie Kate. Me encanta!

Thank you so much Paula!!!!!

Hi Carla,

What a beautiful banner Paula stitched up for your exchange. I love the material that she used for backing, and that Lizzie Kate design is really cute. Lucky you to own such a piece. And the great stuff that Paula included with your exchange. I love the skein of silk thread - the colour changes on it look interesting.

I've never seen spiders web stitches before, but they look really cool on your pinkeep. And I think that you made a wise decision to use those roses around the edge sparingly. They might have distracted focus away from the stitching, and I like the pins you used too.

I really love the treat bag that you stitched up for Jeanne. The cat is so funny, and I really like the lettering on this design. Kind of different from what we usually see on charts. The lettering that you used for her name on the back is very neat and pretty too. I've never heard of this designer before, but I love this design.

Do you celebrate Halloween in Peru Carla and if so do the kids do the same as here, go door to door demanding candy??

CHeers.
