ugh those kreiniks!

Here's an updated pic of my progress on Halloween Fairy (a.k.a Trick or Treat Fairy) . I love the design but what a nightmare it is to stitch with those Kreiniks!!! I'm using Thread Heaven but still I can't get my stitches to lay the way I what them to...oh well, I guess I need more practice. I've been adding the beads in some areas as I don't want to leave them all for the end.

I think the next time this comes up in my rotation it will be finished :)

Aqui les muestro una foto actualizada de mi progreso en Halloween Fairy. El diseño me encanta pero bordar con los hilos Kreinik me esta resultando una pesadilla!! A pesar de que uso Thread Heaven para que me resulte un poco mas facil bordar con ellos aun no consigo que las puntadas me queden como a mi gustaria pero ni modo supongo que es cuestion de segui practicando. He comenzado a colocar las mostacillas en algunas areas del diseño pues no quiero dejarlas todas para el final.

Creo que la proxima vez que toque este diseño en mi rotacion va a ser para ya terminarlo :)

Beautiful! I don't like using some of the threads either but the end result is just stunning, isn't it?

She's absolutely gorgeous Carla! Hang in there with the Kreinik - is it Braid or Blending Filament you're using? I can tolerate the Briad, but the BF drives me crazy.

She looks very pretty and after all the work with the metallic threads is worthed. Moist them before and again if they become hard to work with.

es preciosa, y si los kreinik son pesados de usar,yo también les puse cera,y nada,siguen quedando raros..
