A small finish

As I mentioned in my previous post, last night I finished the first ornament for the Waiting for Christmas SAL by Italian designer Manuela Albanese. I chose to stitch my version with DMC Variation 4210 and substituted some of the stitches with beads (Mill Hills beads #10071). I kind of have an idea of how I want to finish-finish it but I might change up my mind :P
I think this SAL is still open for sign ups ... the second ornie will be sent out next month :)

Hi Carla,

Love your Christmas tree ornie and especially so because it's such a
gorgeous shade of red ... and it has beads in it to make it extra
special. I look forward to seeing how you will finish this off.

It's nice to visit with you again. Your little daughter is so
adorable ... love that picture of the two of you. She looks like a
little bit of mischief and sweetness combined.

Cheers!
