Yesterday I finished Sophie's Roses !! I really like this design and now I have to stitch her companion Peter's Patch, so I can frame them and find a place to hang them. I'm not sure what I'm going to stitch next, before my surgery I'd started 2 projects, a Sarah Kay design and The Guardian by Dimensions, but I don't feel like working on them so maybe I'll start something new today.

Ayer terminé Sophie's Roses de Shepherd's Bush! Me encanta como ha quedado, así que pronto bordare a su compañero "Peter's Patch", para enmarcarlos y colgarlo juntos :). Ahora me toca decidir en qué voy a trabajar ahora; antes de mi cirugía había comenzado 2 labores: un diseño de Sarah Kay y The Guardian de Dimensions, pero la verdad no tengo muchas ganas de trabajar en ellos así que tal vez inicie algo nuevo hoy.

SAT weekend

This weekend was the Stitch-A-Thon at the FGBB and I chose to work on Sophie's Roses. I only stitched on it on Friday and Sunday (I was sleepy to stitch on Saturday)...I think I made a good progress, what do you think?

Este fin de semana fue el Stitch-A-Thon en el foro FGBB. Elegí avanzar Sophie's Roses, sólo bordé en él sábado y domingo...pero creo que igual hice un buen progreso.

My sister Carol stitched a little bit today. She started Ivy from the Pixie Couture Collection by Mirabilia. She only stitches on Sunday so it will take a while until its finished. This is her progress so far.

Carol, mi hermana, ha comenzado a bordar de nuevo. El diseño que ha empezado es Ivy ~ Pixie Couture Collection de Mirabilia. Sólo tiene tiempo para bordar los domingos, así que le tomará un tiempo terminarla. Este es su progreso después de dos domingos.

Hello again!! First of all I want to thank everyone who left a note wishing me a speedy recovery...a big HUG to you all.

After almost 3 weeks without stitching, today I finally picked up my needle. I didn't feel like stitching on one of my current WIPs so I started a new project: Sophie's Roses by Shepherd's Bush. Here's what I've done tonight.

Holas!! Después de casi 3 semanas sin bordar, hoy finalmente sentí deseos de hacerlo *yay*. Me apetecía iniciar un nuevo proyecto así que elegí un kit de Shepherd's Bush llamado Sophie's Roses. No he avanzado mucho pero igual les muestro lo que he bordado hoy.

Surgery

Well I've been away for a while...Last Monday I had my gall bladder removed, I'd been sick for almost 2 weeks, finally on Monday decided to go see the doctor and had an emergency surgery :( ...but I'm feeling great now :) Probably won't post for a while cause I still don't feel like stitching but hope to pick it up again real soon....see ya!
