A gift and goals

A few weeks ago, Hazel had a little contest in her blog; she was giving away the piece she had stitched for the Stitcher's Lottery. Well I was the lucky winner and just got my prize . I got this beautiful needlebook (my first one ever!) and as she said I couldn't have a needlebook without needles so she added some to the package and now that I had needles I also needed some thread so she added a skein of Carrie's Creations hand dyed floss. THANK YOU HAZEL!

Hace unas semanas, Hazel tuvo un pequeño sorteo en su blog; el premio era la pieza que había bordado para "Stitcher's Lottery". Pues yo fui la afortunada ganadora y ya recibí mi premio . Recibí un lindo guarda-agujas (el primero que tengo!) y como ella me menciono en su nota no podía tener un guarda-agujas sin agujas así que incluyo algunas en el paquete y ahora que tenía agujas también iba a necesitar hilo por lo que también agrego una madeja de hilo teñido a mano de Carrie's Creations.

Hoperfully in a few days I'll be able to show you a little bit of progress on my wips. Last week I finished a piece for an exchange so now I can go back to my wips.

Espero esta semana poder mostarles un poco de progreso en mis labores en porgreso. La semana pasada termine una pieza para un intercambio por lo que de nuevo me puedo concentrar en mis wips.

Let's see how March went...these were my goals:

1. Finish and mail b-day gift for my partner in the SBBC ~ Finished, mailed and received!!!
2. Finish and mail the HoE Biscornu Exchange ~Finished, mailed and received!!!
3. Stitch the SBEBB Here's to Ewe Exchange ~ Stitching is finished, I'm waiting for some fabric to do the finishing :)
4. Stitch "Remember" for the L*K SAL ~ Yes!!
5. Continue with my rotation ~ Messed up my rotation the first week of this month :(

Also finished Snowday and started Anne R.'s Mystery Sampler

Veamos que tal me fue en marzo...estas fueron mis metas:

1. Terminar y enviar el regalo de cumpleaños para mi compañero del grupo SBBC ~ Terminado, enviado y recibido!!!
2. Terminar y enviar el biscornu para el intercambio del grupo HoE ~ Terminado, enviado y recibido!!!
3. Bordar el intercambio SBEBB Here's to Ewe (tema: ovejas) ~ Ya esta todo bordado, estoy esperando unas telas para poder darle el acabado final :)
4. Bordar "Remember" para el SAL de L*K ~Si!!
5. Continuar con mi rotacion ~ La rompi la primera semana del mes :(

Además bordé Snow Day y comencé el Mystery Sampler de Anne R.
