Yesterday the postman drop a package for me all the way from Finland. Inside was the beautiful tin-topper that Tuula had made for me.
The name of the exchange was Grateful Hearts and she chose a complementary from The Gift of Stitching magazine. It's stitched one over one and it's personalized with my initial below the heart. She told me it's the first time she makes one and it's perfect, you can't tell it's her first.
Ayer el cartero me trajo un paquete que venia desde Finlandia. Dentro del sobre estaba esta linda cajita metálica que Tuula había hecho para mí. El tema del intercambio era bordar algo en el que se incluyera un corazón; ella eligió un gráfico gratis de la revista The Gift of Stitching. Esta bordado uno sobre uno y personalizado con mi inicial debajo del corazón. En su carta me cuenta que es la primera vez que realiza una de estas cajita y la verdad que no se nota pues le ha quedado perfecta!
Besides the tin-topper she also sent some extra goodies...a calendar for 2008, some Atalie threads (in very pretty colors) and a piece of fabric which I know will be very useful to do some finishing work.
Además de la cajita, también incluyó en su envio un calendario para el 2008, hilos franceses Atalie y tela que seguro me servirán para mis trabajos.
