My daughter's Peppa Pig is finished! And it was a big success with my daughter :) 

So far Peppa has visited the zoo, Fernanda's kindergarten classroom and the playground ... I'm sure they will share many more adventures together.

Esta semana terminé Peppa la cerdita! Y fue todo un éxito con mi hijita :)

Ya Peppa ha visitado el zoológico, la guardería y el parque de juegos.... estoy segura que compartirán muchas aventuras  más.

Ahora tengo que hacer el hermano menor de Peppa: George *Ü*   

Además, a principios de semana terminé este lindo gorrito, fue un test para Owl Luv Crochet. Un proyecto rápido y lindo, me tomo menos de dos hora para completarlo!                    

                             

WIP Wednesday #3 - Quazi-Boo

This week I'm working on a "hairy" monster :) So far I've done the base of the body and one foot. 

Love the neon green I'm using for the feet and legs  ♥ Whats going to take a lot of time is the monster's fur, I'm not looking forward to it ;).

I finished Peppa pig that I was working on last week (I'll show photos of her on Friday). It was a success with my daughter, now I need to make two George (for my daughter and for my nephew Joaquin who has also requested one °Ü°)

Esta semana estoy haciendo un monstruo peludo :) Ya tengo la base del cuerpo y un pie terminado.

Me encanta el verde neón que estoy usando para las piernas y pies. Lo que más tiempo me va a tomar es hacer tooooooodo el pelaje del monstruo :S.

Ya terminé la cerdita Peppa que estaba haciendo la semana pasada, fue un éxito con mi hijita ahora tengo que hacer dos George (uno para ella y otro para mi sobrino Joaquin que también me ha hecho su pedido °Ü°)

Un post cortito para mostrarle lo que he terminado esta semana.

A mediados de semana terminé el test que estaba haciendo para Ida Herter de un tierno conejito. Le agregue una pompom como colita y además le pinte las mejillas y orejas de rosa para que se vea aun más tierna *Ü*

Y el segundo proyecto que termine es de niñito que habia comenzado a hacer el mes pasado. El muñeco en sí lo terminé hace semanas pero sentía que le faltaba algo que le diera más personalidad por lo que al final decidí hacerle gafas.  Creo que se ve liiiindo  con sus gafas ♥!!!

WIP Wednesday #2 - Peppa pig and a Bunny

This week I'm working on two projects.

The first one is a test I'm doing for Ida Herter (Herter Crochet Designs). The design is of a cute little bunny wearing pyjamas. I'm almost done with it, just need to make the face and sew everything together. I'll show a photo of it finished on Friday.

And the other piece I'm working on is Peppa Pig. My 2yo daugther LOVES this cartoon and when she saw that I was doing Peppa she asked me to also make Peppa's little brother, George :)

Esta semana estoy avanzando dos proyectos.

El primero es un test para Ida Herter (Herter Crochet Designs). El diseño es de un tierno conejito usando pijamas. Ya casi lo termino, sólo falta hacer la cara y unir todas las partes. Les mostraré una foto de cómo quedo el viernes. 

Y el otro proyecto es la cerdita Peppa. A mi hija de 2 años le FASCINA este dibujo animado y una vez que vio que le esta haciendo a Peppa me pidió que hiciera también a George (el hermanito menor de Peppa).

Finished Mystery CAL ...finally

Remember that back in June I was participating in a Mystery CAL organized by Stacey Trock from Fresh Stitches....well I finally finished it! I had finished crocheting all the parts during the CAL but then got sidetracked with other project so I never got around sewing everything together. Finally got my act together and finish it last week :) 

Recuerdan que en junio estaba participando en el Mystery CAL organizado por Stacey Trock de Fresh Stitches... pues finalmente lo terminé! Durante el CAL terminé de tejer todas las partes pero luego me distraje con otros proyectos y quedo ahí nomas. Bueno la semana pasada por fin lo termineee :)

More tests...

I finished two test for Paula from OwlLuvCrochet this week. The first one is a gnome hat that a made using a tricolor yarn, it's the first time I use this yarn and I really like the way this yarn stitched up :)

Terminé dos test para Paula de OwlLuvCrochet esta semana. El primero es un gorro de nomo que hice con una lana tricolor, es la primera vez que uso esta lana y me ha gustado el resultado que he obtenido :)

Amigurumi: Hello Kitty and a little boy

Last week a lady asked me if I could do a Hello Kitty just like the one I had done a few week ago, of course I said "Yes!". And while we were exchanging emails to make the arrangements, she added to her order 3 amigurumi that represented her sons. This week I finished the HK and the amigurumi of her youngest son.

I had fun making this little boy, I had to do and undo many time but I'm happy with the results :) This weekend I'll finish the other two boys, nest week I'll them to you  :)

La semana pasada una chica me contacto para que le hiciera un Hello Kitty igual al que había hecho hace unas semanas, y mientras intercambiamos correos coordinando tiempos de entrega y demás añadió a su pedido 3 amigurumi que representaran a sus hijos. Esta semana terminé la Hello Kitty y uno de los niños (el menor de sus hijos).

A pesar que tuve hacer y deshacer varias veces realmente disfrute haciendo este muñequito y estoy contenta con cómo quedo :) Este fin de semana haré los otros dos, ya les mostraré como quedaron :)
