A sheep and a llama

This month I tested two amigurumi patterns for designer Yulia Mozhaiska. I've tested several of her patterns and they always turn out super cute

Both were done with cotton yarn and a hook size 2.5mm. The first one I finished was a sweet sheep lovey, I really enjoyed making it and love the texture that the popcorn stitch adds to the doll.

Crochet projects

Since my last update I've mainly worked on my crochet pieces.
I finished my third security blanket of the year, this time it's  a unicorn. I made a star shape blanket in white and a pastel colors. This was fun to crochet and I really like the final result *Ü*

My second finish is a super sweet Boston terrier puppy called Bentley. I purchased this pattern last year and I had it at the top of my Ravelry queue for months and I finally started it at the end of March. I absolutely LOVE him

After a short break...

I'm back! I take a few days off because I had some health issues so I didn't feel like crafting, but yesterday I picked up my needles and hooks and had two finishes! *yay*

First I finished the second block on Into the Jungle by The Frosted Pumpkin Stitchery. Those toucans had a lot of color changes and I kept messing up but their done now :)

After finishing the toucans, I picked up my hooks and finished a baby lovey I had been working on before I got sick. She was almost done I just had to finish the hair and sew everything together. I think she turned out really cute °Ü°

A sleepy elephant lovey

I had very little time for crafting last week. I only managed to finish a little elephant lovey.

It's the first time I do a hexagon blanket and a really enjoyed making it! I thought it would be really complicated to make but it wasn't, just time consuming.

The strippy puppy and a dragon lovey ♥

I have two finishes to share this week. The first one is a replica of a puppy I made a couple of months ago. My uncle's wife saw a picture of it and asked me to make one for her using the same colors. I loved working  this cutie :)

FO Friday: My First Lovey ♥

Since I started crocheting I've been wanting to make a lovey (security blanket). I got the opportunity to make one this week when Briana Olsen (designer of bowtykes) opened a thread on her group asking for some people to test a cow lovey. I took the chance and offered to test for her, I'm SO glad I did because I love the result and they are not complicated at all to make :)

I see myself making many loveys in the future

~~~~~oOo~~~~~
Desde que aprendí a tejer a crochet he querido hacer una mantita de apego. Esta semana tuve la oportunidad de hacer una cuando Briana Olsen (diseñadora de bowtykes) pidió voluntarios en su grupo para "testear" una mantita de vaca.  Enseguida tomé la oportunidad y me ofrecí a hacerlo, me alegro mucho haberlo hecho porque me encantó el resultado final y no fue para nada complicado de hacer :)
Me veo haciendo muchas de estas mantitas en el futuro ♥
